Customer service was great!

I called to set up an appointment and they were able to fit my time schedule. They verified the service cost and time frame and reminded me that I could use my GM rewards points towards the cost of the service, another dealership didn’t even mention that. They got me in and out on time.

Everyone was friendly and only smiling faces. Very helpful and great customer service.

I was told the truck had a 50gal tank but it only had a 36gal. I travel a lot and that was a big deal for me.

This is the 2nd car we have bought in 11 years from Donohoo. Both times were easy except this time Jason had to work harder to help us get it. We were at the NEED stage of buying a car. We were able to do almost everything online and basically just had to go to the dealership to sign paperwork and get our car. And we are enjoying it a lot so far. Thank you, Jason, for making everything as smooth as possible. We like our Chevrolet products so far. This is actually the 3rd new Chevrolet we have bought in about 16 years. And we really like dealing with Donohoo.

I only have one complaint. I was told I was receive check back for negative equity in the amount of $250ish and was called the following week that a mistake. I didn't make an issue of it, but it was the only complaint. Other than that, it was a very smooth experience. Everyone was great.

My experience with Donohoo Chevrolet was great! Not only did they have the best price of any dealerships withing a 150-mile radius, but they also had great customer service as well. Vyshonn Daniel was our salesman, he kept me informed and was upfront about pricing. No surprises when we got there to purchase the vehicle. We arrived and they had it pulled up to the front entrance, washed and ready to go. It was a great experience!

Duane was great and fun to deal with, no issues there. I had been there all afternoon, it was getting late we settled on a new 2500 HD finalizing the deal. Tags removed from trade in paperwork being finalized in your closing room, 3/4 through signing the paperwork when I’m handed a disclosure statement that the truck had been damaged and repaired. Drivers door has been repainted and the air was let out of my sail. Disappointed. I closed the deal, they provided me with the detail of what happened to it and I took it home reluctantly. Woke up the next morning with it still on my mind. I feel like I bought a repaired wrecked vehicle at full new price. I haven’t driven it since. Just thought I would be thrilled with the truck and I’m not. Not trying to be negative or start anything with you, just telling the truth. Drivers door was damaged in shipping, repaired at a local body shop. Looks fine but not a new, factory paint job.

Usually buying a car is a stressful experience. It could be more stressful buying remotely from another state. Donohoo Chevrolet erased that mindset from me. It was rather a pleasant and easy transaction with them. I had the pleasure to be served by Vyshonn Daniel who patiently walked me thru the process. Promptly answering my calls and explaining all the details with knowledge and experience. Honesty and transparency are keys in financial transactions and Vyshonn exceeded them. After 3 hour drive to pick up my car, it was ready waiting for me. The facility is impeccable clean and organized with very kind staff. I highly recommend it.

Josh and Tyler from Ft. Payne and Kyle in Pelham went far beyond our expectations. Our family was hit in a wreck and our suv was totaled. We were pressed to find a new vehicle faster than expected. Not only did they have the best deal we could find in the southeast, Josh also made the deal even better financially. Tyler let us borrow another vehicle until my new one was delivered so that my kids and I would feel safer than in the small rental provided by the insurance company. We have never experienced the level of care, kindness and efficiency when purchasing a vehicle. We will never go anywhere else!!!

We live in Andalusia,Al and had already made a deal to pickup a chevy trax on a Saturday. We drove up to dealership and the wife see' s a chevy blazer that she just loved and wanted to drive it. We test drove it and she wanted it instead of the trax. I talked to sales and told them we wanted a different car and they said not a problem. The sales staff was so great with her changing her mind at the last minute. Everyone is awesome at this dealership. It is our 2nd purchase from them and I can honestly say its because the sales staff really do try hard to work with the customer. I really love how the sales staff don't ask B.S. questions like what you want your payment at?..I hate that!! If we are buying a new car I will always check with Donahue chevy 1st. And you see i drive 4hrs to do just that. Thank you guys and always stick to what you guys do best and that's not act stupid with the customers. We will be back that's a guarantee. I was very pleased with Donohoo Chevrolet. I have been trying to get rid of my 2018 Mercedes S-Class 450 (fully loaded) with only 52,000 miles since July of 2025. No one would give me the time of day. This vehicle was $108,000.00 new. I had to go to Fort Payne Saturday 04/04/2025 to get something serviced on the benz. On my way back I decided to stop by to actually be let down again. I went in the dealership and before I talked to anyone I went to the bathroom and go down and prayed. I then went to the waiting area and waited to be called on the next salesman (Vince). I explained my situation to him and what I needed to do and it was looking like same ole same ole. I then mentioned something about a EV (although I was not a fan of them) Long story short I was able to get it and with the rebated and everything It took care of alot of my negative equity. The team was exceptional. I love my new 2026 Chevrolet Equinox EV

This was my first time at Donohoo and I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure at all. I was able to look around the lot for a while and then when inside and was helped. Again no pressure and all of my questions were answered. The prices at Donohoo were another better than everywhere else I had looked. I was in and left with a new truck in less and two hours. I'll be back again when I need another chevy. I highly recommend Donohoo!!!

The delivery package was not installed but left in plastic bag in floor of backseat , with dirty interior, obviously no one bothered to see that the vehicle was cleaned and the parts installed. Sad because everything else was easy. I cleaned the dirty interior, put the floor mats in, put license plate bracket on, the hitch reducer. I put the rest of the parts in the vinyl bag.

Went for oil change only. Usually it is less than $100 today it was $161.04 . I don't like suprises . No one warned me ahead that it would be this ridiculous price. Probably will not go back for another suprise.

Overall, very good experience. Salesman Josh Dutton was very good. However, set forth below are two minor items that were negative. 1. We were negotiating the price for our trade in F-150 ford pickup truck. The dealship lowballed us. I had done my homework and reviewed several prices for trade in value. I came signficantly down in order to make the deal. At the end we were $500 apart. I told the salesman we would split the difference. He stated that should not be a probelm, but let me check. The dealership would not compromise for $250. I ended up giving in, but it did not leave me with a positive opinion. 2. My wife turned in the keys to the trade in vehicle. It had a few items on the key ring, one of which was sentimental. My wife called the same day to reuest that the dealership mail the items to her. She was informed that the dealership had already thrown them away. The dealership could have avoided this with a simple phone call prior to throwing them away.

Price was Excellent (best price around) and delivery was Very Good. Since I was 2 hours away I was dealing with salesman by phone and I found responses to my calls and issues was sub par. I actually purchased two vehicles from Donohoo. I could not have asked the salesman, Vincent to be more accommodating to myself or my family. He was always a step ahead in the process. He allowed me to take the vehicle to get my family some lunch while we thought and talked over the decision that we were about to make. I had brought my vehicle in because of a break down on the highway I loss my overdrive in my Tahoe. I was told it's the transmission valve body and it had burned the clutch disk because of it so the transmission had to be replaced. I rented a car and had a transmission put in . Almost 8,000 dollars. Picked up the Tahoe 3 weeks later . Driving home to Tennessee it did the same thing 6 more times . I called and told them. I was told to take it to any chevy dealership and it would be under warranty. We'll they charged me 100 dollars and said it checks out ok on the scanner. I started to drive it back to work in Texas and in Chattanooga Tennessee it loss overdrive again and started shaking uncontrollably. So I drove 43 miles on the shoulder of the road back to Donohoo Chevrolet were they said its the front breaks . I left it for them to fix and test drive for another 3 weeks. I picked it up yesterday and with in a mile it did it all over again. I took it back they said it was wheel balance witch they did do at no charge I left and started my drive home and loss my overdrive all over again. So now with labor and parts and rental vehicles im over 12,000 dollars in and still have a vehicle that loses overdrive. So yes im very upset with the job done and miss diagnosis.

Working with Josh was very good, he was knowledgeable and very helpful during the purchase process. He was efficient and made it a pleasurable experience. I am a little disappointed that the product specialists who reviewed the workings of the truck with me were not more detailed, the technology on new vehicles is very involved and there many features that can make the driving experience easier, and these were not shown to me. Past experience purchasing new vehicle, the product specialist showed me where to find all the essential and critical features.

A friend recommended your dealership when he heard I was looking for a truck. I looked at your website, found the one I had been looking for, it was priced well so I bought it. We did everything online and I came in a few days later and picked up my truck. When I came in the dealership, my salesman brought me my keys, he had a girl show me how to use all the extras and set up my on star. They gave me my paperwork I had signed online and we left. It wasn’t personal, it was a quick business transaction. I only wish you guys offered incentives for people who recommend you to others.

Josh was a great salesperson. Brought everything I wanted to drive around and had it ready for me. Didn’t take long working through the purchase process. Now we will see how good GM service and customer care is!

I dropped my car for service wed afternoon to be serviced the next morning. A little later in the afternoon they called and they had already finished and ready for pick up. And washed my car too! Doesn’t get better than that!

Took 3 weeks to get my car back and only received a loaner car for 12 hrs. I told them to replace the serpentine belt but they didn’t do it and the oil leak. They put the part on my car and the gasket failed so now they don’t guarantee to fix the issue. I’m tired of bring my car back there

This has to be the easiest car buy experience ever. I was originally talking to Long Lewis Chevy in Bessemer, Al and it seemed that all they were looking for was making as much money as possible on me where Donahoo was interesting in what I needed and where I needed my payments to be. Jason was very prompt at answering emails even after hours and we were able to make the deal happen that way. Once I got to the dealer, they had the vehicle ready and all paperwork ready to go. What made this experience the best is I told Jason that my cousin was dying to liver cancer and about to pass away in Chattanooga and I needed to be in and out and he stuck to his word and made that happen. The F&I lady was quick and to the point and the little country girl(Kiera) was so good at making sure got everything hooked up with onstar and my phone which really helped me get in and out. All and All, I think I was there less than an hour doing the transaction and it meant the world to me.

Over all sales experience. Josh was great from the initial phone call to the dealership notifying we would be making the 2 hour trip to their location and wanted to see two specific vehicles side by side. The vehicles were ready to view when we arrived and all we had to do was make a decision on which color we wanted. Start to finish was the exact experience we were looking for and come to expect when dealing with Donohoo, at both of their locations. This is the fifth vehicle we have bought through the Donohoo group over the years and they always seem to one-up themselves!
