Their pricing was incredibly competitive. I shopped around for 4-6 weeks and inquired to at least 6-10 dealerships. I received pricing that varied a lot. Some quotes were at least 100% more than what Donohoo quoted. Because of the significant differences in quotes, it did make me question the accuracy and authenticity of Donohoo's pricing. I questioned if it was the age old bait and switch car sales tactics. However; Kevin, the BDC rep was very thorough and patient throughout our multiple conversations. My wife & I finally decided to take the gamble to drive 2hrs out of state to attempt the lease purchase. Kevin communicated for us to meet and work with a sales rep named Josh. He would have everything prepared for us including having the vehicle fully charged for our long distance drive home. Once we arrived and checked in with the receptionist; she was immediately prepared and handed us the key to look over the vehicle. After looking at the vehicle, we came back in and met the sales rep Josh. Josh was very friendly and approachable. At this point, I did still question the authenticity of the quoted pricing over the phone with Kevin. However, as we progressed at Josh's desk everything seemed like it was legitimate. I was just waiting on the "bait and switch" moment where something was left out of the deal but he reassured us the numbers were set in place. The only additional add-on product was one I inquired about which was the additional "wear & tear protection" for leases. We chose to add it but the Donohoo team was not pushy at all for additional dealer add-ons which was very appreciated. Even when I got back to the F&I office to sign the paperwork, I was waiting to get pitched additional products so the dealer could make additional profit on me. However, I wasn't pushed to purchase any additional dealer marked up products. The F&I experience was very fast and pleasant. Based on my extensive research and quotes; I honestly do not understand how the dealership makes money. They're pricing is significantly cheaper than anywhere else within 150 miles and they're business practices don't appear to try to make up profit in F&I shady tactics. PS: I'm in the automotive industry and have been a marketing vendor for 12+ years. I received quotes from personal friends and Chevrolet clients in which their pricing was not competitive. Donohoo's pricing was at least 30% less than any other lowest quote I received. In addition, their post-purchase team and follow-up has been exceptional. They were prompt and helpful. A team member named Rogers was very helpful with some technical questions I had about the tech in the vehicle. With low cost, high discount volume dealerships you normally get a trade off. Pricing vs customer service. However, I got an amazing price but did not expect the great sales service & experience to come with it. Donohoo's business model seems like they have it all. If we have a good experience with this GM EV vehicle (our first lease and EV) and GM has a great lease offer in 23 mos once we have to turn this one in. Donohoo will be the ones we speak to first for the next purchase.

I was out of state on business and found great deal on a truck at Donohoo. They took care of everything remotely and when I arrived at the dealership, they had me out the door in a new truck in less than an hour.

They had a rough time with my truck but came through good. Karamie did a good job of keeping me informed. She is gonna be good. She is cheerful in face of problems. She and Matt did great

Everything went smoothly until the day before we came to pick up the car. We had a signed agreement for the car purchased for 7 weeks. I then get a text saying I was going to get an updated proposal for the car. I was told the car was now 1K more than it was originally. When I brought up the original agreement, it was honored by a manager. No way it should have come to this.

Great job on Identifying the issue getting needed parts and repairs very quickly. slow on upfront communication with status of my Truck. Also I think if you are going to have to have a loaner it should be the same price range, type/ quality of what you are paying for. Needless to say i was not happy with the Equinox in place of my Bison package truck.

Matt Fox and team were great and did everything to be as convenient as possible. The only issue was that my door handle was not installed properly. While Matt was going to do what was right to get it fixed, it was still annoying knowing I paid $250 in labor and it was not done properly.

The sales experience was different as Donohoo is a volume dealer with no haggle pricing. The sales manager was very understanding with me and was able to come to an agreement with the out the door pricing. Caleb was knowledgeable about my vehicle and was good during the buying process. Roger who show me how everything works on the new vehicle was very patient with his explanation. The issue that I had was since I bought this vehicle in one day the detail shop was a little lax in their work. Had grit and sand in the center console which had to be taken back I to dealt with to resolve. Also the bed of the truck had sand and grit at the bulkhead which I had to remove when I got the truck home. Since the truck was detailed for sale and paint protection was added I did not look in the bed of the truck as I though the detail shop would have taken care of it since they had two shots at correcting.

My experience with Donohoo Chevrolet dealership was excellent. Tina is incredibly patient and clear in explaining EV deals, diligently collected all the necessary paperwork showcasing her commitment. The internal vehicle availability system seem to lag not quickly reflecting holds .. the e-signature documentation could be more tailored to leasing as some forms applied to purchase customers.. Finally the vehicle handover was thorough and smooth. More documentation around adapters and the need for new electric outlet for quick charging at home would have been much helpful.. Tina’s dedication and responsiveness were really outstanding.

I was shocked the last time i went and had an oil change when the price had went up to $110.00 and they didn’t even give me my complimentary tire rotation but yesterday absolutely floored me when i went to pay and found out that the price was $140.00 for a oil change and because they charged me for a tire rotation something that i had been getting for free the last 7 years i bought my truck there and i have always let donohoo do my oil changes but i am highly disappointed

I drove 5 hours to purchase my Suburban because this dealership had the color I wanted. The deal was straight forward - nothing spectacular or extra special. I liked that I could do my own tag/title work so I didn't have to wait a long time for everything to work it's way through the system, but some people may not like that. I didn't appreciate having to sit through the sales pitch for extra warranties when I stated I wasn't interested to start with, but I spent that time on my computer adding the new car to my insurance policy. Basically, they had a car I wanted at a somewhat decent price and I bought it - nothing to write home about.

After the service was completed I was informed that my tire pressure sensors wouldn’t be working. The guy at service desk said that when the tech reprogrammed them one had a low voltage causing them all to be out. I asked about price to fix and was informed that sensors were over 100$ apiece so I declined because I had heard Walmart does it for 30$ a sensor. I left there and went straight to Walmart informed them of problem and they started on it and within 5mins they had all sensors working without having to replace any all free of charge. I bring my vehicles to Cheverolet thinking im getting the best most qualified people work on my vehicles only to see Walmart outperform them.

everything was good until I noticed that the partion door didnt have a handle,I was told it was an extra.In all my years Ive never seen one without a handle its a saftey issue .I was told to find one on my own.this is my 2nd chevy express van the first one came complete ,this one seem to be a different story

This is the 2nd car we have bought in 11 years from Donohoo. Both times were easy except this time Jason had to work harder to help us get it. We were at the NEED stage of buying a car. We were able to do almost everything online and basically just had to go to the dealership to sign paperwork and get our car. And we are enjoying it a lot so far. Thank you, Jason, for making everything as smooth as possible. We like our Chevrolet products so far. This is actually the 3rd new Chevrolet we have bought in about 16 years. And we really like dealing with Donohoo.

Quick and easy!

Duane was great and fun to deal with, no issues there. I had been there all afternoon, it was getting late we settled on a new 2500 HD finalizing the deal. Tags removed from trade in paperwork being finalized in your closing room, 3/4 through signing the paperwork when I’m handed a disclosure statement that the truck had been damaged and repaired. Drivers door has been repainted and the air was let out of my sail. Disappointed. I closed the deal, they provided me with the detail of what happened to it and I took it home reluctantly. Woke up the next morning with it still on my mind. I feel like I bought a repaired wrecked vehicle at full new price. I haven’t driven it since. Just thought I would be thrilled with the truck and I’m not. Not trying to be negative or start anything with you, just telling the truth. Drivers door was damaged in shipping, repaired at a local body shop. Looks fine but not a new, factory paint job.

I only have one complaint. I was told I was receive check back for negative equity in the amount of $250ish and was called the following week that a mistake. I didn't make an issue of it, but it was the only complaint. Other than that, it was a very smooth experience. Everyone was great.

Usually buying a car is a stressful experience. It could be more stressful buying remotely from another state. Donohoo Chevrolet erased that mindset from me. It was rather a pleasant and easy transaction with them. I had the pleasure to be served by Vyshonn Daniel who patiently walked me thru the process. Promptly answering my calls and explaining all the details with knowledge and experience. Honesty and transparency are keys in financial transactions and Vyshonn exceeded them. This was my first time at Donohoo and I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure at all. I was able to look around the lot for a while and then when inside and was helped. Again no pressure and all of my questions were answered. The prices at Donohoo were another better than everywhere else I had looked. I was in and left with a new truck in less and two hours. I'll be back again when I need another chevy. Service team was and has always been welcoming. Easy to make appointments and navigate dropping my truck off. They got me checked in and my truck in queue for the scheduled PM within minutes of arriving. The staff are all very professional and accommodating. They somehow remain approachable and friendly. They have a good selection of vehicles. Discounted prices shown on the web was what I paid when I got there. You didn't have to be a pink Martian related to the Grinch to get that price. Employees were pleasant and knowledgeable.

The delivery package was not installed but left in plastic bag in floor of backseat , with dirty interior, obviously no one bothered to see that the vehicle was cleaned and the parts installed. Sad because everything else was easy. I cleaned the dirty interior, put the floor mats in, put license plate bracket on, the hitch reducer. I put the rest of the parts in the vinyl bag.

I had my mind made up about the vehicle I wanted so I reached out to Donohoo. In a matter of moments the ball got to rolling. The process was absolutely great. My communication with Konnor Nickelson was very smooth and welcoming. He made me think that his efforts to make me happy was tirelessly. Experience was nine out of 10. The only thing I could say is the truck could have been a little cleaner. It was not prepped and ready for me to pick up and they had to rush it through cleaning while I was there waiting..
